A <strong>hydrometer<\/strong> indicated only <strong>light damp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The pattern that mattered<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the neighbour\u2019s property, a <strong>horizontal damage line<\/strong> matched the <strong>foundation level<\/strong> of surrounding homes. Outside, other foundation lines looked <strong>damp<\/strong> too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion &amp; options<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is <strong>rising damp<\/strong> driven by site conditions, not a pressurised leak.
