Meanwhile, common areas showed ingress through the <strong>fa\u00e7ade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Up top<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the <strong>penthouse<\/strong>, terrace walls had visible <strong>cracks<\/strong>.
