Step Two: Pressure Testing the Plumbing System
Next, we moved on to a pressure test on the plumbing system. We used a pressure pump and hot water to test the pipes, and sure enough, the test came back positive. There was a burst pipe somewhere in the system, causing all this unwanted water ingress.
Step Three: Finding and Fixing the Burst Pipe
With the help of thermal technology, we quickly located the burst pipe. Once we found the culprit, we coordinated with the client’s plumber to get the repairs underway as fast as possible. It’s always a relief to catch these things early before the damage gets worse!
