Step Two: Thermal and Acoustic Leak Detection

We also performed a pressure test, which, in this case, came back positive. That gave us our next clue: there was definitely a leak in the pipes, we just needed to find it!
Step Three: Tracking the Leak
We began tracing the pipes throughout the clinic, keeping an eye out for any hidden culprits. After a bit of investigation, we found access to a storage area above the roof of the toilet. This is where we made the key discovery—a 22mm pipe that had been bent in the corner above the toilet drain. This small issue was causing all the water to leak into the clinic’s ceiling and down the stairs.
Step Four: Fixing the Problem
Once we pinpointed the exact source of the leak, we got straight to work. We repaired the damaged 22mm pipe, and just like that, the problem was solved! No more water dripping from the ceiling, no more soggy stairs. The clinic could get back to business as usual without worrying about water damage.
