We inspected Apartment A and found cold tracks pointing up. The neighbour invited us next door (Apartment B)—same story. So we visited the penthouse above.

On the penthouse

The penthouse itself showed ingress from above. Up on the roof, we identified areas where tanking/membrane and detailing (upstands, penetrations, gullies) needed work.
