The proof
We performed a shower flood test—and water appeared below in the neighbour’s bathroom. Meanwhile, common areas showed ingress through the façade.

At the penthouse, terrace walls had visible cracks. Roof access wasn’t available, but the terrace condition suggests the roof needs attention too.
Plan
- Repair the shower enclosure and waste sealing.
- Address façade detailing to stop water tracking into common areas.
- Maintain the penthouse terrace and, if possible, survey the roof.
