We were called to a property in Hamrun after the client received a high water consumption reading and wanted the issue checked properly.

What the inspection indicated
Acoustic checks suggested water movement behind a common-area wall. The likely route involved a shaft or service area, but access was blocked through another commercial space.
Because the pipe route was difficult to inspect or maintain, the client was advised that rerouting the line could be a better long-term solution than repeatedly chasing inaccessible pipework.
Why this matters
When the water meter or bill suggests loss, the answer is not always a simple open-and-repair job. Sometimes the safest result of a high water bill leak inspection is knowing that the pipe route itself is the problem.
