We were called to a property in Mosta after water started affecting two garages located underneath the client’s property.
The team first checked the water meter and isolated the line from the meter to the roof tank. The result did not immediately point to a clear active leak on that route, so the inspection continued with checks in the affected garages and inside the property above.
What the inspection checked
The strongest visible water manifestation was in one garage ceiling corner, with water travelling across to another garage.
Back in the property above, acoustic listening found a faint sound around a bathroom route. The team advised that the suspect toilet feed should be checked or replaced, while the affected neighbour monitored whether the situation improved after the intervention.
